Our Story

I started NRI Service Desk because I lived this problem myself.

While living abroad, I was constantly worried about my property sitting unattended, about my elderly parents needing help I couldn't provide from thousands of miles away. I turned to service providers, but time and again, the promises didn't hold up. Things were left undone. Calls went unanswered. Trust was broken.

I knew I wasn't the only one going through this. So instead of accepting it, I decided to build something better, a service I would've trusted with my own family. One built on honesty, follow-through, and genuine care.
